Which devices are your apps compatible with?
Our ART REPORTS app works with iPads running iOS 8+, our SHIPPERS REPORTS app works with iPhone 5 and above.
What does this term mean?
The terms used in our condition reporting apps are part of standard industry terminology. You can consult the native glossary within the app or see our glossary here.
How do I register?
You can register through the app by selecting “Sign Up” on the login screen or you can register here.
What is the difference between Inspection and Condition Reports?
The Condition Report provides a format to accurately articulate the full condition of an object using 80 condition terms. Condition Reports are most often used as documentation for exhibition, loan, conservation, valuation and long-term care. Our Condition Report format offers full-page views for the front, back, left and right sides of a work and 2 pages for detail shots.
The Inspection Report summarizes damages and is used to document the general condition of an object. The report offers an overview page and a details page and uses 28 specific conditions.
Where are the reports saved?
You can connect your app to your own account with Dropbox, iCloud and Google Drive, or email the reports to whomever you wish. The reports are exported in PDF format for universal readability.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
At the login screen for the app there is a “forgot password” link or you can submit a password request here.
What if I need to add notes to my reports?
Our Inspection and Registrar apps allows you to add a general note on each page or to add details to each condition notation, great for describing the degree, size, location or nature of that particular condition.
I have a lot of reports to make, how can I work more efficiently?
Download this CSV template or this XLS template and fill it with your object inventory details, and import into your app. This will create a report for each project and pre-fill the object fields with your inventory details.
How do I save the images?
In the Preferences section of the app you can toggle on or off the setting the automatically saves images taken in the app to you iOS Photos folders.
Can I use images I have already taken?
Yes, they simply need to be saved to your Camera Roll.
What do you do with my data?
The data is yours. Other than user login information, which we keep private, all your data is housed locally on the native app or can be stored on your choice of third-party cloud providers. We do not offer cloud storage, but our app integrates with your own Dropbox, iCloud or Google Drive accounts. Read more about this in our Privacy Policy.
